UPDATE: As of March 2024, RedX Gear is now under new ownership and management. Due to extenuating circumstances, the original founders/owners have made the difficult decision to step down and pass the torch to new owners.
The terms of this agreement are still being negotiated, so please refrain from reaching out to at any of the "redxgear.com" email addresses until the the terms are announced. Additionally, our 844-446-7778 phone number will not be available until the transfer of ownership takes place.
The new owners are currently relocating to another state, so this transition may take a month or so. Rest assured, we will be as transparent (as always) about the proceedings. We sincerely apologize for your inconvenience that was caused by the manufactured pandemic.

LIKE SO MANY OTHER SMALL AMERICAN BUSINESSES, THE PAST 3 YEARS HAVE BEEN A CONSTANT STRUGGLE. UNLIKE HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF BUSINESSES, WE ARE BLESSED TO HAVE BEEN ABLE TO KEEP OUR DOORS OPEN. MOST OF THE 200,000+ BUSINESSES THAT HAVE CLOSED IN THE PAST YEAR DUE TO THE "PLANDEMIC" WILL REMAIN CLOSED PERMANANTLY.
IT MAY HAVE BEEN MONTHS SINCE YOU PLACED YOUR ORDER, WE ARE NOT OUT TO "SCREW" ANYONE OR FRAUDULANTLY OBTAIN MONEY...PERIOD. WE SIMPLY NO LONGER HAVE THE STAFF TO RETURN CALLS AND EMAILS. PLEASE BEAR THIS IN MIND BEFORE SLANDERING US ONLINE, FILING BBB COMPLAINTS, OR SUBMITTING A CHARGEBACK THROUGH YOUR BANK.
BELOW ARE THE REASONS YOUR ORDER IS DELAYED:
- WE HAVE BEEN PERSONNALY AFFECTED BY COVID (INCLUDING THE HOSPITALIZATION OF ONE OF THE OWNERS). MOST RECENTLY, OUR FOUNDER (DAVE) WAS HOSPITALIZED WITH LIFE-THREATENING PULMONARY EMBOLISM(S) WHICH, ONCE AGAIN, BROUGHT OUR ENTIRE PRODUCTION TO A SCREACHING HALT. FORTUNATELY HE WAS TREATED ON TIME AND IS ENROUTE TO MAKING A SLOW, BUT SURE, RECOVERY. ALL DIVISIONS OF REDX ENTERPRISES LLC CEASED OPERATIONS FOR A COMBINED TOTAL OF 3 MONTHS DUE TO A COMBINATION OF THE FOLLOWING:
- WE EXPERIENCED THE PERMENANT LOSS OF MULTIPLE VITAL TEAM MEMBERS AND SOME POSITIONS HAD TO BE REPURPOSED TO KEEP PRODUCTION FLOWING. TRAINING NEW TECHS IS A LENGTHY PROCESS AND NOT EVERYONE WE HIRE ENDS UP HAVING THE APTITUDE TO DO THINGS THE WAY WE DO THEM.
- MOST IMPORTANTLY WE WERE FORCED TO MOVE OUR ENTIRE PRODUCTION FACILITY AND WERE ONLY GIVEN 5 DAYS TO DO SO. TEARING DOWN THE ENTIRE PRODUCTION LINE, PACKING IT, MOVING IT, THEN HAVING TO SET EVERYTHING BACK UP AGAIN IS NO EASY OR QUICK TASK. ALTHOUGH WE ARE ONCE AGAIN OPERATIONAL, WE ARE STILL GETTING THE SHOP SET BACK UP
ALTHOUGH WE ARE EXPERIENCING A MUCH LONGER THAN USUAL LEAD TIME, WE ARE BUILDING ORDERS AS QUICKLY AS WE CAN WHILE MAINTAINING THE QUALITY PRODUCTS FOR WHICH REDX GEAR IS BEST KNOWN.
WITH THAT SAID, WE ARE STILL EXPECTING LEAD TIMES TO BE AT LEAST 30-60 BUSINESS DAYS BUT BEAR IN MIND THIS IS MERELY AN ESTIMATE. AT REDX GEAR WE PRIDE OURSELVES IN QUALITY OVER QUANTITY. YOU CAN HAVE IT DONE FAST, OR HAVE IT DONE RIGHT....BUT NOT BOTH.
